24th MQC City Hall Championship Poser Game

This year, MQC’s City Hall Championship Poser Game felt extra special because it got held at the new Montreal Plaza. The granite plaza and the size of the crew created a vibe that resembled the first games held at City Hall.

Every year, there is always a crowd, but this year there were more participants. This might have been because the game got held on a Friday, which let the young and hungry generation make it out. It was good to see freshies like Mathieu Leblanc and Jayden Sauvé stepping up. There were also more contenders, such as Léo Hamel, Olivier Felton, and Emile Prevost, who made it into the last rounds.

Much respect to Montreal OGs Zachary Wilkins, Hugo Papillon, and Kevin Mcdonald. Veterans will always be our favorites because they keep the true essence of the game alive, which is about having fun and a good laugh. Much thanks to Big James for running the show all these years, and a special thanks goes out to Kyle Mcdonald for taking on the serious responsibility of being a judge.

Zander Mitchell

As you may have guessed, Zander Mitchell is this year’s champion. As luck had it, his name got pulled out of the bag last (wink), and he still won without getting a letter. To date, he has engraved his name on the trophy seven times! Congratulations Zander, you earned it!
